Our 4-Step Inspection Protocol:

• 1. Raw Material & Hardware Inspection:

  Every batch of paneling (E0/CARB P2 grade), wood veneers, and functional hardware (Blum, DTC, Hettich) is thoroughly inspected for moisture levels, core density, and surface integrity prior to production.

• 2. Precision Machining & PUR Edge-Banding Checks: Using automated CNC machinery and advanced PUR seamless edge-banding technology, our technicians perform real-time dimensional auditing to guarantee exact measurements and superior moisture resistance.

• 3. Trial Assembly & Hardware Testing: To eliminate on-site installation errors for international project managers, complex cabinetry units undergo trial pre-assembly in our workshop to test structural fit, drawer glide smoothness, and soft-close alignments.

• 4. Pre-Shipment Inspection (PSI) & Export Packaging: Final finished surfaces are inspected for color consistency and scratch resistance. Products are then wrapped in multi-layer protective foam, edge protectors, and reinforced wooden crates engineered for long-distance maritime transport.
